Richard E. Clark

The Law Office of Richard E. Clark, LLC is a general practice law firm that serves New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Attorney Clark is a NH seacoast native. After his father retired from the U.S. Army, they returned to their family Rye Beach property with ties that run back to 1647. His grandmother of the Sawyer family, settled Rye Beach, NH and Haverhill, MA.

Prior to practicing law, Richard owned a contracting company for almost two decades. Since he was a teenager he owned successful businesses. After graduating from Portsmouth High School he continued a ten year pursuit to complete his law degree, NH and MA Bar, while managing his businesses. Clark is known in the seacoast area as friendly, driven, aggressive and a meticulous individual.

Richard has a passion for work. His mind is always strategizing about how to best solve his clients dilemmas. Richard forms strong friendships with his clients based on earning their trust combined with his friendly demeanor. 

Attorney Clark is also a certified criminal contract attorney for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the Newburyport District Court. His office is conveniently located on Route 1 just South of the newest Portsmouth fire station. Knowing how important your legal matters are, he tries to meet clients the same day, evenings and weekends.

When asked how he would sum up practicing law? Clark states, "You have to fight for justice. When you're in the situation, you'll understand. You must have the natural ability to be a pit bull when needed, only then will you have the best outcome for clients."
